Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) - Federal civilian, military and postal employees may designate through payroll deduction at their workplace to the Institute for Black Charities (also known as Black Charities for Children, Families, Communities)
IBC & AFFILIATE CODES
State employees may support the Institute for Black Charities (also known as) Black Charities for Children, Families, Communities in their workplace campaign annually. Look for IBC in the state workplace giving pamphlet and designate the
IBC code #.
